The Stormtrooper Armor Costume supplied by the Stormtrooper Store is customised to meet the requirements of each customer and is supplied with accessories and instructions on how to fit the costume correctly. This new custom-made Stormtrooper Armor Costume is a superb example of craftsmanship. The Stormtrooper Armor is made from a quality 2.5mm high gloss white plastic that has been trimmed with clean edges and professionally Velcroed and strapped by our experts at The Stormtrooper Shop in London, UK. Our Stormtrooper Armor Costumes are customised to fit three sizes: 1. Reduced Size is customised to fit a male or female from heights 5' 2" to 5'7" (157cm to 170cm). 2. Standard Size is customised for male and females from heights 5' 8" to 6' 4" (173cm to 193cm) with an average body shape. 3. Extra Large is customised for male and females with a larger than average body shape and from heights 5' 8" to 6' 6" (173cm to 198cm). See our Size Charts for more details. Terms and Conditions of Purchase Stormtrooper Armor Costumes are customized for each individual customer and we endeavour to dispatch orders within 7 - 10 days, unless we give notice of an earlier or later shipping time. However, all orders will be shipped from our depot within 30 days of placing an order. Stormtrooper Armor Costume parts and Strapping are guaranteed for one year if used and stored as recommended. Stormtrooper Armor Costume plastic is NOT scratch proof and costume parts should always be looked after carefully. We provide a full backup advice service for all our customers and we have a full range of Stormtrooper Armor Costume replacement parts and accessories available to purchase online. Right to cancel Cancellations will be accepted by EMAIL up to 7 days after the date of placing an order and a full refund will be made to the purchaser. Our Returns Policy It is important to The Stormtrooper Store that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by email or phone, within 7 days of receipt of your order. Many problems can be resolved on the telephone and most sizing issues can be resolved by changing individual parts rather than replacing the complete suit. Our Stormtrooper Armor Costumes are customised to meet the needs of each customer and are not covered by normal 'Distance Selling Rules'. We do not refund shipping postage and packaging charges. Non-refundable Stormtrooper accessories All goods being returned to StormtrooperStore.com should be shipped using the most economical, SIGNED FOR method of shipping and should not include First Class or Express shipping services. We will only accept Stormtrooper Armor Costumes that have been returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and wrapping, and marked 'RETURNED GOODS'. When we receive the returned package we will process a replacement or refund within 7 -14 days. Please Note: All new Stormtrooper Armor Costumes are shipped with the manufacturer's protective wrapping and we add further bubble wrap protection for shipping. When a new Stormtrooper Armor Costume has been removed from the original packaging and unwrapped it will be reclassified as a used product. In the event we receive a returned Stormtrooper Armor Costume which has been removed from the delivery carton and the manufacturer's protective wrapping and bubble wrap and have been wholly or partially removed we will Quality Control check each armor part and we will charge for those parts which have been scratched or damaged and have to be replaced with new Stormtrooper Armor Costume parts. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are paid for by the purchaser and they vary according to the delivery destination. Stormtrooper Armor Costumes are professionally packed in double lined cardboard boxes suitable for purpose, the dimensions are 24" x 18" x 18" (60cm x 45cm x 45cm) and average weight is between 10kg and 11kg. The delivery costs are clearly displayed during the online purchasing process and are available on request from Stormtrooper Shop. Damaged in Transit If a Stormtrooper Armor Costume consignment is delivered in a seriously damaged condition, this must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately and a request made for a DAMAGE REPORT from the carrier company. The Stormtrooper Store must be informed within 48-hours. Do not open the damaged carton as we only accept a returned Stormtrooper Armor Costume in the original, sealed carton we shipped to the buyer. Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded at our expense. Orders dispatched overseas outside the US If you are ordering a Stormtrooper Armor Costume from a country outside of the US, any import duties and taxes imposed by overseas Customs and Governments are not included in our published prices and the purchaser is responsible for paying these charges if requested to do so by the country's Customs.
